The Academic Forms & Downloads section provides students with easy access to important academic forms, applications, and report templates required during their academic program. These documents support various academic activities and help streamline communication between students, departments, and the Academic Office.

The section includes forms related to course registration, Minor and Honors programs, MOOCs registration, re-registered courses, condonation, re-admission, student declarations, and academic submissions. It also provides standard templates for project reports, internships, case studies, and other academic documentation.

Students are advised to download the required forms/templates, complete them as per the guidelines, and submit them to the concerned department or Academic Section within the prescribed timelines.
